TOEI ANIME☆COMIC won the Best made-for-mobile or film channel at the Mobile & Internet TV Awards 2007

MIPCOM2007.jpg TOEI ANIME☆COMIC, a domestic distribution service for mobile phones provided by Toei Animation Co., Ltd., won the Best made-for-mobile or film channel at the Mobile & Internet TV Awards 2007, held as part of MIPCOM (The World’s audiovisual content market) in Cannes, France from October 8 to 12, 2007. The contest received more than 280 entries from 38 countries. TOEI ANIME☆COMIC was chosen from a total of 32 nominees in its category. Started in November 2006, distribution of TOEI ANIME☆COMIC features a novel form of animation comics available on a mobile phone display. It has earned high acclaimed. Winning the award will boost our made-for-mobile businesses overseas.
