This year marks the 50th anniversary of Toei Animation Co., Ltd. The Company will be actively involved in new challenges, including collaboration with overseas businesses. To launch our new program of initiatives, we teamed up with two U.S. companies, Aniplex Inc. and Cartoon Network with a TV animation series DEMASHITA POWER PUFF GIRLS Z. This is the first international collaborative project by the three major companies of Japan and the United States. The series starts showing on the TV Tokyo network at 7 a.m. on Jul. 1st, 2006.　The original of this new Japanese program is the popular animation series The Powerpuff Girls shown on Cartoon Network in more than 160 countries around the world. In terms of worldwide expansion, our active commitment to collaboration with overseas companies will continue.
